How do you push yourself out of your comfort zone?

I know I'm not alone when I say that sometimes, it's hard to push yourself out of your comfort zone. You're sitting down at a party or event and feel like you should be having fun, but you're frozen in fear or nervousness about talking to someone new or going up on stage for a performance. But if you want to get better at anything - whether it's playing an instrument or taking dance classes - then it's important to push past your comfort zone from time to time!

  • Be consistent by following through on promises made earlier in the week/month/year (e.g., completing exercises regularly), even if it seems easy at first glance; this will help increase motivation over time!
